By accessing or using the NCD Multi-Collaborative App ("NCD Collab"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
The App was commissioned by Dr. Kwaku Gyamfi Oppong (Principal Investigator, KNUST) for the purposes of an NCD intervention study in the Ashanti Region of Ghana, and was developed and published by Trancova Systems Ltd (IT Consultant & Developer) under an authorised engagement. Both parties share responsibility for the App's governance in their respective roles.
NCD Collab is designed exclusively for registered health facility staff (clinicians, nurses, administrators) participating in the NCD referral network in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
NCD Collab is a referral coordination tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical advice. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals.
The collection, storage, and use of personal and health data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the App, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
All content, design, branding, and software within NCD Collab are the intellectual property of Trancova Systems Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the App without express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Trancova Systems Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including delays in referral routing caused by network outages or third-party service disruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may also request account deletion at any time via our Account Deletion page.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
